Fed up with his quest for the perfect place with the perfect cone, he decided to set up his very own old-style New England Creamery, right here on the farm. The Cone of Cold ice cream shop is outdoors on the platform outside the Blue Recluse in the Mage Quarter (49.1, 89.8). Buy a Cone of Cold from Hans Coldhearth or Bazzil Frostweaver, and then use it to complete the quest. Your orphan will say:Ice Cream Quest Mac Os Download
Human Orphan says: When I grow up, I want to put strange things together too!
Human Orphan says: What about.. putting soap on a fork? Then it would have a handle and everything!
Human Orphan says: And when the soap's gone, you'd have a new fork!

Not working for me currently. I bought the Ice Cream but it won't let me turn it into the Orphan and there is no dialog going on, or any other options when I talk to him.I tried eating it with no luck.

The 'Blue Recluse' is the inn inside the mage quarter, next to the mage tower. This is not the inn where the warlocks hide underneath. Find Bazzil after you go on the platform to get to the BR, but instead of going inside, go a little more. Another guy that serves the three icecream things is also behind a counter. It might help to look for other players.
Bazzil Frostweaver is a single dude, and not inside.

Better to use a frost spell rather then the stone at Cold Stone Creamery, I just hope my Orphan doesn't get salmonella or something worse from the Ice Elemental that doesn't wash his hands.Comment by 584301
Apparently your orphan needs to look right at you to eat their ice cream. When they were facing the other way I just nom nomed it by myself. ^^0Comment by kgurnhill

Blizz should have called the vendor Hatson Bloomincold - or something similar.Comment by whsocko
I bought about 5 of these and ran all around the Cone of Cold area eating them until I realized the quest is bugged if you're grouped. Drop group, call your orphan, eat the ice cream, quest completed.Body Quest Ice Cream

NOTE: You cannot purchase the Cone of Cold until you have this quest, it is not immediately activated even though it's 'Children's Week.'Comment by Coolmama
The quest name refers to a popular Jazz song from 1927 named 'I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream' by Fred Waring's Pennsylvanians. Over the years tho the song has been remembered as 'You scream, I scream, we all scream for ice cream'.Here's the 1927 song on youtube:

The refrain of the song is mostly remembered from the 1986 movie Down by Law
Contrary to popular belief, ice cream is NOT a product from 'modern' society.
According to Wikipedia, the first known use of ice cream or similar substances dates all the way back to 400BC and even earlier.

Description
There's a brand new ice cream shop in Stormwind, and it's not just any old ice cream either. This ice cream is made by mages! You don't think I'm going to be hungry fifteen minutes after eating it, do you?I bet it tastes really good. Let's go try it!
I heard some of the other kids talking about it, and they were saying the store is called The Cone of Cold and it's over near the Blue Recluse in the Mage Quarter.

The founders shared a love of ice cream, but none was more devoted than Thomas Jefferson. In 1789 he returned from France with his chef—newly trained in making frozen desserts—and a resolve to keep enjoying it. In Philadelphia in 1791, he sent to France for 50 vanilla bean pods, which, he later wrote, are 'much used in seasoning ice creams.' He built an ice house at Monticello in 1802. And at Jefferson's White House that year, Senator Samuel Latham Mitchill recalled eating ice cream in warm pastry—'a curious contrast, as if the ice had just been taken from the oven.'

The process for making ice cream was not self-evident, so Jefferson wrote it down. Here it is, slightly condensed.
2 bottles of good cream
6 yolks of eggs
Ski drive: biathlon mac os. 1/2 lb. sugar
Mix the yolks & sugar; put the cream on a fire in a casserole, first putting in a stick of Vanilla. When near boiling take it off & pour it gently into the mixture of eggs & sugar. Stir it well. Put it on the fire again stirring it thoroughly with a spoon. When near boiling take it off and strain it thro' a towel. Put it in the Sabottiere [the canister within an ice pail] then set it in ice an hour before it is to be served. Put into the ice a handful of salt. Put salt on the coverlid of the Sabottiere & cover the whole with ice. Leave it still half a quarter of an hour.
Turn the Sabottiere in the ice 10 minutes; open it from time to time to detach the ice from the sides. Stir it well with the Spatula. Put it in moulds, justling it well down on the knee; then put the mould into the same bucket of ice. Leave it there to the moment of serving it.
